Aston Villa – Chelsea, result (score) 2: 1, match highlights 23 May 2021

A hilarious ending to the season in England.

Chelsea miraculously managed to end their Premier League season in the top four. The Blues lost talentlessly to Aston Villa, but remained in the top 4, one point ahead of Leicester.

The fact is that the Foxes in their field unexpectedly lost to Tottenham. Leicester were only satisfied with the victory, however, by analogy with last year’s campaign, Brendan Rogers’ team failed the end of the season and again “flew” past the Champions League.

Thus, Chelsea have joined Liverpool, Man United and Man City in the Champions League. Leicester together with West Ham will play in the Europa League (the Hammers defeated Southampton in the last round). Tottenham will represent England in the Conference League.
