Week 13 Premier League predictions and FPL matchups

Week 13 Premier League predictionsWith internationals finally over we get a return to the Premier League with week 13. My week 13 Premier League predictions will include FPL matchups to help you choose your team for this weekend’s set of matches.

Prior to the international break the season was rolling right along with the Premier League table starting to even out. This two week break was a chance for some teams to pull together and lay out their plans for their week 13 Premier League matchups while other teams had to go without some of their players. Even worse, several teams return to action without some of their key players. Stay up to date on injuries at any of the following: Premier Injuries, PhysioRoom, or Fantasy Football Scout.

For fantasy Premier League managers playing in the season long official game format making transfers isn’t always the easiest thing thanks to the transfer system they have in place. Even so, there are several players that will need to be moved thanks to their injuries, especially the many FPL players out there, like myself, who need to offload Dimitri Payet.

My week 13 FPL matchups will take a look at which teams have favorable matches to choose players from with an eye on draft format FPL leagues such as Togga as well as FPL DFS (Daily Fantasy Sports) versions like Fanteam.com (unavailable for readers in North America).

For offensive picks in week 13 my top matchups include:

Arsenal – Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez

Crystal Palace – Yohan Cabaye, Yannick Bolasie, and Wilfried Zaha

Everton – Romelu Lukaku, Gerard Delofeu, and Ross Barkley

Swansea – Ki Sung Yeung, Andre Ayew, and Bafetimbi Gomis

Southampton – Dusan Tadic, Sadio Mane, and Graziano Pelle

Leicester City – Jaime Vardy (should be ready to play), Riyad Mahrez, and Marc Albrighton

There are plenty of other matches out there to watch out for this weekend and these FPL picks are far from a complete list of players to add to your team. As always, my week 13 Premier League predictions are meant to be a fun way to look at which matches are interesting and could benefit your FPL teams.
