Gameweek 34 Fantasy Premier League Tips

Fantasy Premier League TipsPrepare yourselves for the double gameweek for week 34. There are several teams playing two matches for this gameweek, however, FPL managers will probably want to be somewhat picky about which players to take and which teams to pick from. Matchups this weekend aren’t going to be all that helpful for some teams.

In addition to preparing for the this double gameweek, fantasy Premier League managers should begin prepping for gameweek 37 with Arsenal and Sunderland’s additional match.

For gameweek 34 there is Chelsea, Hull City, Leicester City, and Liverpool with an extra match. However, this is where it gets a bit tricky. Hull host Liverpool while Chelsea travel to Leicester City.

Both Leicester and Hull have difficult weekends with their matches against Burnley/Chelsea and Crystal Palace/Liverpool. I would certainly favor Leicester City this weekend considering how they have been playing lately, but you never know at what point Hull might turn the corner and realize they need to start getting results.

If you are setting your team for the official FPL game this might be a time to take a hit on your points and make some transfers to bring in players you need. This is a risk especially if you consider the way that Chelsea and Liverpool (the two favorites that have double matches) having been playing.

Bringing in players from any of the four teams that have extra matches is far from a guarantee in getting those additional points.

There are several other matchups to look at for the week, but I would still recommend going cheap on goalkeepers and defense and look to pick up your points in attack. This is also true when picking your defenders where you want to get the best attacking defenders available.

One thing to keep in mind about rankings is what you plan to use them for. There are more fantasy Premier League games out there than just the official game and scoring can be different depending on what site you go to. The likes of Mondogoal, Togga, and DraftKings all use slightly different methods of scoring and all are different from the official game.

When picking your team for the weekend you want to make your decisions based on which game you will be participating in and realize that you might not be able to make all of the changes that you want to for your FPL team.
