In 1992 the format for the European Cup was changed and became the UEFA Champions League. Here is a list of all of the winners of the Champions League.
Since the development of the new Champions League format, no team has repeated as back to back winners of the European Cup. The last team to be repeat winners of the European Cup was AC Milan with wins in 1988-89 and 1989-90 in the previous European Champion Clubs’ Cup format.
