All matches are set to be play on a synchronized time starting at 11:00 ET/16:00 GMT

Chelsea 2 – 1 Everton: Chelsea’s win, thanks to Fernando Torres, is enough to take them into third place and will not need to take on Arsenal in a playoff match. They finish the season with 75 points, two above Arsenal.

Liverpool 1 – 0 Queens Park Rangers:

Manchester City 2 – 3 Norwich City:

Newcastle United 0 – 1 Arsenal:

Southampton 1 – 1 Stoke City:

Swansea City 0 – 3 Fulham:

Tottenham Hotspur 1 – 0 Sunderland:

West Bromwich Albion 5 – 5 Manchester United: In Sir Alex’s final match (and 1500th as manager of Manchester United) it looked like United was going to run away with it. They went up 2-0 in under 10 minutes and took a 5-2 lead into the 80th minute. However, a Romelu Lukaku hat trick gave West Brom a deserved 5-5 draw. It was a cracking final match for Sir Alex, even if United did not come through winners. At the same time, it is disappointing that they were not able to hold on to what should have been an easy win.

West Ham United 3 – 2 Reading:

Wigan Athletic 2 – 2 Aston Villa:
