Welcome to Premier Soccer Chat. On this English Premier League blog I’ll be providing Premier League predictions, scores, updated tables and fixtures as well as my perspective on current events and news throughout the season.
My name is Todd and I have been an English football fan since spending time in Ireland during college in 1998. During my time there I became a Manchester United supporter due to the families that I spent time with. At the time I had no idea about the rich history of Manchester United, or of their historic run towards the Treble that season.
My previous experience with soccer/football involved playing as a kid and some brief interest in World Cup 94 due to Sports Illustrated articles. I tend to refer to the sport most often as football, but since I would like to reach out to American readership I will often interchange using both terms of football and soccer.
After becoming a Manchester United supporter I have built upon my support and feel that I am part of the religion that is United. I rarely miss a match and will DVR any match that I cannot watch live.
I spend my weeks working as a Mobile Therapist with children who have mental health and behavioral needs in the home and community. I enjoy playing recreational sports such as soccer, volleyball, and softball. I also spend my free time playing video games (such as FIFA13, World of Warcraft, and others) and roasting my own coffee. In addition to this I spend many weekends doing remodeling projects around the house.
On Premier Soccer Chat I will bring a supporter’s view of the sport that will be passionate as well as informative. I spend much of my time listening to podcasts (such as EPL Talk), checking up on Premier League news, and writing articles to bring to you the most informative perspective possible.
